Items may be returned within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered to you. To ensure a successful return, items must meet our returns policy: - Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all original tags attached and packaging included.
- Final sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original branded boxes and dust bags (if provided) and placed inside a protective box for shipping. When trying on footwear, avoid marking the soles or damaging the shoe box.
- Items with security or brand tags must be returned with the tag intact and in its original position.
- Hosiery, lingerie, and swimwear must have hygiene seals attached and remain in unopened, undamaged packaging, where applicable.
- Lingerie and swimwear should only be tried on over personal undergarments. Returns that show signs of wear or are soiled will not be accepted.
- Jewelry must be returned in its original condition, including all branded packaging and accompanying documents.
Please handle your purchases with care and return them in the same condition in which you received them. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
